Our forging techniques have been developed through extensive experience in golf head forging. By applying those techniques, we can provide the Net Shape forged products with a very smooth surface and less grind stock. As a result of our forging technology, less machining is required. This process could also assist in significantly reducing material cost, in comparison to most conventional forging processes.

Most of the implants are machined from raw materials, however ENDO uses the Net Shape forging process which greatly reduces the machining and allows us to reduce cost.
